Hello and Welcome to the start of an exciting New Year
I hope you’ve all had a lovely Christmas holiday. Although it can be a busy time, I hope you’ve managed to relax, watch some good Christmas TV and have some fun.
Now the festivities are over, we need to get back on track to planning our home and work life goals for 2026.
My Personally goals:
• Keep exercising and for my knee to keep improving. The wires around my kneecap feel weird and pull on my leg muscles. I need to get better at walking downstairs.
• Use my standing desk. This will be good to change my posture and improve my bone strength.
• Prioritise more time to be spent with my family. My dad has some tests due this month and my son will be taking his A levels this Summer then heading off to University.
• Being a single parent and running my own business is hard. I need to find more “Me Time” and to have some fun. I might have a few golf lessons and have some adventure days (I do love fast cars).
• Visit more National Trust Properties.
• Decorate the house. I don’t mean me !!! as I’m completely useless. All I can do is paint windowsills and skirting boards. I did choose a wallpaper sample I liked and got very excited (I think I need to get out more!!).
My Professionally goals:
• Get my new website up and running. It’s nearly finished…
• Keep expanding my services: I am a Nurse Practitioner as well as a Menopause Specialist so-
• Weight loss injections, weight/diet/healthy eating services. TBC. If you are interested, please get in touch.
• Blood Tests and consultations for Men.
• Testosterone replacement and consultations for Men.
• More blood tests and mini consultations for women.
• Additional support for Neurodivergent menopausal women.
• Collaborations with medical, health services and charities.
Watch this space.
New Mini Consultations and Blood Tests: Venous and Capillary Blood Tests for:
• Histamine Intolerance- Many women tell demonstrate random symptoms such as IBS, Insomnia, Allergies, Palpitations plus much more.
• Cardiovascular Blood Test- Not routinely offered in NHS. Good indicator to your potential risks. If you know, you can act and change.
• Prostrate Sensitive Antigen (PSA)- Assess potential prostate cancer risks.
I need your help:
• If you haven’t booked a review, I normally advise them every 6 months or 11 months for an annual review.
• After each consultation we ask if you could complete a google review. Could you? They really help.
• Do you have any ideas/suggestions about services I can provide, advice and talks I can give? Either online or in person?
• Would your workplace like to know more about menopause, neurodivergence during menopause or to know more about a particular health issue?
If I deliver a talk to your company, you’ll receive a discounted consultation.
