Well ladies, another year has whizzed by and if you ‘re also thinking “How can it be December already? Join the club!

The key question is: Have you accomplished all that you set out to achieve this year? If you’re like me then no! However, I did paint the porch last week. It’s only taken me 3 years to do it!

For me, Christmas is about being at home. I have a very small family so it’s not too stressful. My Staffordshire Bull Terrier Merlin has the most fun. He loves to rip up his own and everyone else’s presents. It’s like having a toddler again!! he does make us laugh.

2025 has been a challenging year for me. As most of you know in May while in Greece, I fell over and smashed my knee cap. Being completely immobile, having surgery and recovering from surgery made me realise what I take for granted. My independence, family and friends. I was forced to stop which doesn’t come easily to me. Six months on, although I can’t kneel properly and walking downstairs is awkward, I’m doing really well.

I’ve been seeing and helping lots of women, in particular women with Neurodivergence. Understanding how our mental health affects us during the menopause is so important. Luckily my reputation for helping Autistic/ADHD women during the menopause is spreading and I’m so pleased.

Early 2026 I will have a new website, which will have lots more information about my services and how I will be helping men and women. I will be extending my services to:

• Support men’s health

• More blood tests and consultations on men and women’s health

• Specialist support for Autistic/ADHD and all Neurodivergent women through the menopause

• Greater collaboration with professional services and charities.

• Private membership with additional services on all thing’s health and wellbeing.

Bourne2care will be closed from 1pm 23/12/25 opening 30/12/25. Closed 31st December and NY Day, open as normal Friday 2nd January. Please check your HRT stock as I won’t be able to prescribe over this time.

All that’s to say is a huge thank you for using my menopause services, talking to me about your lives and have a great Christmas and Happy New Year.

Love Diane, Rachel and Helen at Bourne2care.
